Vikram Ugale sir started his journey as an enthusiastic young entrepreneur by running his food business on a small cart, to growing it into an empire of Restaurants, Hotels, QSR, Banquets, and Theme Parks under the umbrella of multiple brands.

His passion for his business has helped him build a team with over 100+ years of experience across ITC Grand Maratha, TAJ Hotels, and International Cruise, among others. His chain of restaurants – ‘Curry Leaves,’ has taken the #1 spot for their favorite choice of restaurant amongst the numerous hearts of Nashik.

So it is only fitting that Vikramji will attend Udyog Shikhar as the seasoned leader he is and be a valuable panel member of our hospitality panel. He will be parting the knowledge he has gained through his journey and mentoring our attendees on sustainability in the hotel industry.
