Dr. B U Abdullah

With his expertise in law and business, Dr. Bu Abdullah is a consummate businessman from the Emirate. Through his company, the Bu Abdullah Group of Companies, which includes real estate, a law firm, and a business consultancy, he currently owns more than 270 companies in Asia and other parts of the world.

Dr. Bu Abdullah plays an active role in addressing the issues of non-residents and promoting communal harmony among NRIs in the Gulf area. His close links to the UAE government and the royal families of the 7 Emirates have significantly improved relations between the UAE and other Gulf states.

Dr. Suresh Haware

He is renowned for being a prolific innovator and an inspiring businessman. From Nagpur Vidyapeeth, he earned a B.Sc.Tech. in Chemical Engineering. He graduated from Nagpur Vidyapeeth with a gold medal in engineering and is a merit scholar. At the Bhabha Atomic Research Center, he later earned his postgraduate degree in nuclear engineering. He also earned a Master of Arts in History and a Doctor of Philosophy in Affordable Nano Housing from Mumbai Vidyapeeth.

In the Department of Atomic Energy, he worked for 27 years as a senior nuclear scientist. His 37 nuclear engineering research publications have been included in reputable national and international journals. In Vienna, at the IAEA, the highest authority on nuclear research, he oversaw a group of Indian scientists.

He has won numerous esteemed professional accolades on a national and international level. He was the first trustee to work on the J.N.P.T. board. He also served the position of Chairman of the second-largest temple in India, the Sri Saibaba Sansthan Trust in Shirdi, Maharashtra.

Dilip Auti, a distinguished individual, stands as a beacon of success and recognition. He has received esteemed awards and accolades from the IAS, IFS, and IPS Departments of India, earning praise from many commissioners. Dilip’s remarkable journey has taken him across the world, where he conducted impactful seminars in prominent destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, and Kuwait. His influence extends to an impressive scale, reaching over 10 lakh people through both online and offline platforms.

Dilip Auti’s leadership extends to managing one of the largest units in collaboration with the Mahindra and Mahindra group, known as Mahindra First Choice, with a wide-reaching presence across India. His dedication to making a difference is evident as he actively supports and empowers MSMEs in association with organizations like Prakarsh, VM3, Deashra, Lexicon, and Pune University.

Dr. Ajit Marathe

Dr. Ajit Marathe is a visionary in the field of construction and real estate, with a rich background as a Civil Engineer. In 1995, he embarked on a transformative journey, founding Nirman Construction alongside his childhood friend and business partner. What began with modest contracts soon evolved into a thriving career as builders and developers.

As a first-generation entrepreneur, Dr. Ajit Marathe took the initial step by constructing a small building in Neral, and from there, the trajectory of Nirman Group has been nothing short of remarkable. The group has achieved substantial recognition, earning various accolades in the real estate sector and recently launching several noteworthy projects in the picturesque Kokan region.

Dr. Ajit Marathe’s distinction extends beyond his entrepreneurial success. He holds the prestigious title of being the FIRST DEVELOPER to complete a Ph.D. from Mumbai University. His doctoral research delved into “Brand Equity Management in the Real Estate Industry in MMRDA Area,” contributing valuable insights to the field. Furthermore, he is a Charter Member of the Maharashtrian Builders Association, reflecting his commitment to the industry.

Having started his journey with interior works, Dr. Marathe gradually transitioned into his core business as a builder and developer. Notably, his inaugural building in Neral marked the beginning of a remarkable odyssey, which now encompasses township projects and a mastery of mass housing and affordable housing in the Mumbai region, including various SRA projects.

His endeavors have not gone unnoticed, as Dr. Ajit Marathe was awarded the “Best Second Home Scheme” for the Nisarga Nirman project. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a dedicated trustee of the Saturday Club, where he actively fosters entrepreneurship in the Maharashtrian community.

Dr. Marathe’s leadership extends into the realm of networking and community service. He has had a longstanding association with “Business Network International” and served as a Chapter Director for two tenures. In 2012-13, he assumed the role of President of the Rotary Club of Bombay East, and today, he carries even greater responsibilities as the Group Director.

His commitment to the betterment of society is evident in his two years of devoted social service in the Kolhapur district. Mr. Savjibhai Dholakia

Savjibhai Dholakia was born in a farmer family in Dudhala, Amreli district, Gujarat. He studied till 4th standard and dropped out at the age 13. He joined his paternal uncle’s diamond business in Surat. Later his brothers Himmat and Tulsi also joined him and they founded the diamond business in 1984. Their youngest brother Ghanshyam joined them and opened a diamond export office in Mumbai in 1992. The company grew and became major diamond exporting company with 6500 employees by 2014.

He was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2022 for his contribution in field of social work.

Dr. Sunil Manjrekar
