If an Attendee possessing a valid Ticket has tested positive for COVID-19, prior to the Event, then the Attendee(s) shall not attend or visit the Event. In such a case if the Attendee wishes to get a refund then Attendee(s) shall email the Event Organiser on globalyoungbizforum@gmail.com along with a valid Positive RT-PCR report not older than 7 (seven) days from the First Event Day and sharing of such email shall be done prior to the First Event Day. Upon receipt of the same, the Event Organiser shall issue a 100% (One Hundred percent) refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the Ticket(s).

If the Event is postponed and rescheduled to a future date, the Ticket(s) purchased by the Attendee(s) shall remain valid for the postponed, rescheduled Event, and no further action is required.

Entry to the Event is subject to acceptance of all these Terms. The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify any Terms without any prior notice. The decision of the Event Organiser is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard by the Event Organiser.

The Event Organisers shall not be responsible for any injury or damage that occurred to any Attendee(s) at the Event.

COVID-19 Rules:

All the Attendee(s) above the age of 12 (twelve) years can attend the Event provided they are fully vaccinated at least 2 (two) weeks prior to the Event and shall present a valid vaccination certificate at the time of entry at the Event. The Attendee(s) agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused or contracted, voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the Event Organiser.

The Attendee(s) shall wear masks at all times during the Event, in accordance with applicable State rules and guidelines. No entry without masks is permitted at the Event and every Attendee(s) shall adhere to the respective COVID-19 guidelines issued by the State and Central government.

A body temperature check is mandatory at the Venue entry and Venue box office. Any Attendee(s) with high body temperature will not be allowed entry at the Event.

Any Attendee(s) found with symptoms like fever, cough, or cold will be denied entry at the Event.
